Has 25 years experience as Senior Geologist class companies, he has participated in important mineral deposits discoveries of metal and is qualified person by the Lima Stock Exchange. He is an expert in financial and commercial regulation, in laws for the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism. Specialist in the insurance industry, pension fund managers, the stock market, public and private banking. Deep understanding of the International Financial System and specifically that of the U.S.A. Expert in obtaining financial resources for projects in any industry and Civil Society organizations, financial structuring, private banker, project funding and in general for all kinds of resource needs. He has obtained resources to fund hydrocarbon extraction, mining, energy, real estate, government, agricultural and infrastructure projects.
