Diamond Project, Sonora México.
Negotiated Project

Diamond Project.jpg

Summary

The Diamond Project is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental, in the strip of epithermal deposits in Northwest Mexico, in the Sonora State. The regional strip of epithermal deposits includes Au-Ag deposits such as La India, Mulatos, Dolores, Pinos Altos, Ocampo, Palmarejo and el Sauzal; deposits that add more tan 20 million ounces of gold equivalent. Parallel to this strip, there are porphyry-type deposits of Cu-Mo-Au such as Porphyry 4 Hermanos from Onavas and Cerro Verde in San Javier.
The property consists of 1057 hectares distributed in 4 mining concessions. The Diamond Project is an Epithermal Deposit of intermediate sulfidation Ag-Au (Pb-Zn), high sulfidation Au-Cu, and transition zone to Porphyry of Cu-Mo-Au.
The mineralization originates in epithermal quartz veins associated with galena, sphalerite, pyrite and chalcopyrite; veins breccias, zones of quartz stockworks, silicification, mineralization disseminated in zones of argillic alteration, advanced argillic with silica-alunite-pyrite associated with zones of oxidation of goetite-hematite-jarosite and vuggy silica.
In the Diamond Project, more than 6 mineralized targets were defined with an in situ and conceptual mineral potential of over 50 million tons (disseminated and veins), so it is proposed to continue with the exploration of the project with a program of 4000 m diamond drilling.

With great success, JC MINING establishes an option to purchase mining exploration business in the State of Sonora.

JC MINING, a mining exploration business company, completed a business with the Canadian company Colibri Resource Corp, which has signed a purchase option contract for the Diamante Project located in the State of Sonora, in the metallogenetic strip that includes epithermal deposits of Au- Ag in the Sierra Madre Occidental, such as La India, Mulatos, Dolores, Pinos Altos, Ocampo, Palmarejo and El Sauzal, which together add up to more than 20 million ounces of gold equivalent. This is a gold-silver project that includes low and intermediate sulphidation epithermal mineral deposits, as well high sulphidation Au-Cu, associated with transition and periphery of copper-molybdenum porphyry.

The President and Director of Explorations Julio Cesar De la Cruz Vargas said he was very happy, leading the negotiation of the Diamond Project owned by Bimsa Minera and completing a business with the Canadian company Colibri Resource Corp it has been a favorable and timely agreement, in addition to working with the hand in hand with our Financial Operator Emanuel Trujano, who has his professional beginnings at Banco de México and has a Master's Degree in International Cooperation from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, has been a key factor in completing this business operation.
