Location

The project is located the south México, in the State of Oaxaca to 80 km East of Juchitan de Zaragoza city, in the Istmo of Tehuantepec; the property consists of 1535 hectares, It is located very close to the highway, and the town San Pedro Tapanatepec.

The Gold Shear Project is located in a regional metallogenic gold belt in southern Mexico where are located the Marlin Mine (world class deposit), Don David Gold Mine, Cuzcatlan Mine,  Ixhuatan, Cobre Grande and Santa Marta Project.

In 2007 the company Peñoles performs a diamond drilling program in potential zone with greater than 2 million ounces of gold equivalent. In 2013, JC Mining obtains the property to continue with the explorations.

The project represents a shear zone with general direction N75°W, gold shear typical of orogenic gold deposit; located on the boundary of Cuicateco and Maya Terrain. The size of the anomalous area surface sampling has a length of 5 km kilometers and an average thickness of 300 meters including structures and host rock. It is regionally tested with field work and geochemical anomaly that the mineralized shear extends over 10 km.

The structures are presented as breccia veins associated stockwork zones, forming sigmoid (shear zones), within a sequence of shale horizons of phyllite and slate Jurassic-Cretaceous age and a granodiorite intrusive Oligocene, slightly foliated to gneissic to the contact areas. Three generations of hydrothermal quartz, quartz sugary texture, which is cut by veins of quartz veins drusado, translucent gray quartz are recognized. Presence of fine disseminated pyrite, arsenopyrite, galena, chalcopyrite, pyrite pseudomorphs and Boxworks. Silicification, sericite, iron carbonate, calcite, hematitic oxidation and chlorite zones. Ptigmáticos folds, isoclinal, crenulated, chevron and type kink bands.

Surface geochemistry has returned values up to 14.9 g/t Au and 525 g/t Ag.

Cizalla de Oro Target Generation

The Gold Shear was located for the first time from a geochemical anomaly of Au in a small "cata" presented in a mining-geological map 1:50 000 (Mexican Geological Survey) and a technical report a value of 2 g/t Au.

On the first visit mapping was performed at 1: 5000, covering an area of 1 km by 500 meters and obtaining 22 samples distributed in shear zones and veins; 14 of these were with values 2 g/t  Au and 100 g/t Ag.

On the second visit was continued mapping following the direction of shear zone, obtaining 45 samples, which showed us the area extending 5 kilometers in length and reporting values 14.9 g/t Au.

This led us to make 4 sampling wells 2 meters deep in veins and shear zones, where the values increased 4 g/t Au and 200 g/t Ag. Subsequently, exploration trenches were made to a meter deep and cutting perpendicular shear zone.  High grade gold and silver values continued to be obtained, for which reason it was necessary to resort to a 1:2000 scale structural geological mapping and sampling lines every 50 meters away. The results remained positive, obtaining values of 9 g/t Au and 525 gr/ton Ag.

Currently in the project, 1600 samples have been obtained for analytical geochemistry, in rock samples, sediments, trench, surface and diamond drills

The geological, mineralogical, structural and mineral alteration characteristics indicate that the Gold Shear Project is a orogenic gold deposit and epithermal veins. Gold mineralization is favorable for low-cost extraction, there is much evidence of oxidation zones related to gold  mineralization; oxides are greater than sulfides.

The mineral potential estimation results in the Gold Shear Project is:
East Shear Zone
6 415 099 tonnes @ 0.99 g/t Au and 31 828 934 tonnes @ 14.68 g/t Ag in the Inferred resource category;
West Shear Zone
2 134 715 tonnes @ 1.1 g/t Au and 5 973 586 tonnes @ 14.64 g/t Ag in the Inferred Resource category.
Gold Shear Project has 46 352 364 tonnes and a full Inferred resource of 533 998 Oz Au Equivalent.
The mineral potential is greater than 1 million ounces of gold equivalent (Gold Shear Target).
Gold Shear Project represents a disseminated gold deposit for open pit exploitation and/or underground mining in high grade Au and Ag veins.
Gold Shear Project presents values of up 15 g/t Au, 525 g/t Ag, 0.12% Cu, 0.094% Mo, 0.5% Zn, 0.12 % Cr and up to 0.19% Ni.
